Loshn are a Klezmer trio whose music sings, speaks and dances with the tradition’s distinct Yiddish accent

With a repertoire that spans several decades, Loshn take their audiences on a journey from the origins of the music in Eastern Europe through to America in the 50s and beyond.

Formed in late 2019, Loshn brings together three of the UK’s leading Klezmer musicians and are one of the few ensembles in the UK dedicated to Yiddish Historically Informed Performance Practice.

Combining beautiful and varied repertoire with their knowledge of the music’s background and history, they present a programme deeply rooted in the Klezmer tradition.
